CrossBat Cricket Arena -- the home of indoor cricket and endless energy -- is looking for a Part-Time Facility Manager to lead daily operations, manage events, and keep the arena running seamlessly!
Operations & Administration
Oversee daily front desk and facility operations
Manage bookings, payments (including Zelle, POS, Cash, and Website Transactions), and maintain accurate records.
Track and manage inventory -- gear, merchandise, and supplies
Ensure the arena is ready and running smoothly for leagues and events
Customer Experience
Welcome and guide visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm
Handle customer queries and feedback promptly
Communicate updates about events, policies, and closures via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Events & Leagues
Assist in coordinating leagues, tournaments, and corporate events
Track registrations, prepare signage, and manage on-ground logistics
Collaborate on marketing and social media promotions for events
Team & Vendor Coordination
Support staff scheduling and shift coordination
Liaise with vendors for cleaning, repairs, catering, and merchandise
Experience in operations, administration, or facility management (sports or fitness background preferred)
Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Tech-savvy -- Google Sheets, Forms, POS systems, scheduling tools
Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
A love for cricket or indoor sports is a plus (but not required).
